Kakuni, poitrine de porc fondante et une annonce＊豚の角煮とご報告

Voici une recette japonaise d’inspiration chinoise, très populaire dans des izakaya, ces petits restaurants où on boit en partageant des petits plats.
La poitrine est fondante. Comme vous pouvez constater, c’est assez gras, on déguste avec des baguettes, petites bouchées par petites bouchées.
フランスではなかなか豚バラが売ってなく、スーパーで見かけるとつい買ってしまいます。チャーシュー、角煮・・・週末時間がある時に作りたいですよね。
今回はCpicon 簡単！某人気店＊お店用＊とろとろ豚の角煮 by アキキッチン＊akiさんのレシピを参考で作りました。とっても美味しかったです。

  • 400 à 800g poitrine, sans os
  • 1 gros oignon
  • environ 1L d’eau
  • 300ml saké ou vin blanc
  • 100ml sauce soja
  • 2 à 4 cs sucre
  1. Couper la poitrine en 4, 5 parts (gros morceaux)
  2. Faire blanchir la viande: faire bouillir les morceaux à feux moyen 15 minutes, les laver ensuite sous l’eau courante dans un passoire.
  3. Remettre la viande dans la casserole, ajouter tous les ingrédients sauf la sauce soja. Il faut que le liquide couvre à peine la viande. Découper du papier sulfurisé à la taille de la casserole, le perforer en 4, 5 points, le froisser et bien le positionner sur les morceaux de viande. Ce papier va aider les aliments à bien s’imprégner du goût en évitant de trop se défaire. Cuire environ 2 heures
  4. Ajouter de l’eau chaude si elle s’évapore trop. Il faut que l’eau couvre juste la viande.
  5. Ajouter la sauce soja et cuire 20 à 30 minutes. Laisser le tout refroidir. Réchauffer avant de servir.

J’ai fait cuire du radis blanc avec, c’est fondant!

Voici, voilà. Nous avons accueilli notre petit dernier il y a 2 semaines. Il mange bien, dort bien.
Cela devrait me laisser du temps pour alimenter le blog pendant quelques semaines?
２週間前、新しい家族を迎えることが出来ました。良く食べて良く寝るいい男の子です。
フランスでは16週間の産休があります。生まれる前に6週間、出産後10週間。また出産前の休みは3週間まで出産後に置き換えれます。私は出産前4週間しか休まなかったので出産後12週間休めることになります。
入院は問題なければ３日間。父親は14日休めます。産まれた日から３日間は会社が支払います。11日間は社会保障から支払われます。家族も近くに居ないので2週間休んでもらえるのは助かります。２歳のお姉ちゃんの面倒も全部任せれますしね。
またフランスでの出産、育児についてはゆっくり紹介します。

Corn Soup ou le velouté de maïs à la japonaise＊クリーミーコーンスープ

Avec le passage en temps d’hiver, on commence à sentir l’hiver s’approcher à grand grand pas.
Que direz vous de ce velouté simple et onctueux pour accompagner votre repas?
J’ai mis « à la japonaise » car c’est un plat très populaire au Japon, tellement qu’on en trouve même en canette dans des distributeurs… et c’est la plat qu’on trouve avec les menus dans des restaurants appelés « Family Restaurant », ces restaurants un peu comme Flunch (mais en mieux) où on peut manger de tout. Bref, un plat omniprésent au Japon que j’ai le plaisir de retrouver ici en France.

日本でよく食べてこちらで食べれないものの１つにコーンスープがあります。こちらのはもっと具沢山なんですよね。
ファミレスの味が懐かしくてネットでレシピを探し、こちらのレシピにたどり着きました。Cpicon極旨～♪生とうきびで作るコーンスープ by mielle、私はコーンの缶詰で作ってますが、とっても簡単で美味しいです。アメリカ人の夫も大好きな味です。

Recette pour 3 à 4 bols:

  • 10g beurre
  • 2 cs farine
  • 200ml eau chaude + 2 cc bouillon de volaille
  • 200ml lait
  • 1 boîte de maïs 250 à 300g
  • sel, un peu de persil, croutons…
  1. Préparer 2 casseroles et un passoire assez fin
  2. Faire fondre le bouillon de volaille dans de beau chaude. Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre avec la farine et faire un roux. Mélanger avec un fouet, et dès qu’on ne voit plus la farine, ajouter l’eau chaude. Bien mélanger avec le fouet.
  3. Lorsque le mélange est homogène, ajouter l’eau et le maïs avec son eau.
  4. Porter à l’ébullition. Ajouter le lait. Faire chauffer. Mixer le tout.
  5. Passer le mélanger dans le passoire au dessus du 2nd casserole. Chauffer, saler.

Bon appétit!
La soupe est très bonne chaude mais elle peut être consommée froide un jour d’été.

Dans mon quartier, on célèbre Halloween comme à l’anglo-saxon et ce sont des kilos de bonbons qui partent en une nuit dévalisées par des enfants déguisés comme il faut.
Notre petite a eu peur de quelques garçons masqués mais a bien profité des bonbons!

近所ではフランスの割にはハロウィンを毎年祝います。日が暮れると（夕方６時ごろから）おばけやミイラなどに仮装した子供たちがあちらこちらにお菓子をもらいに回ります。５kg用意する必要があるとか・・・
娘も初めてのハロウィン怖いながらとってもはしゃいでました ♪
